It is possible to book transfers in Porto at least 24 hours in advance
- Airports: 1 hour from the flight's actual landing time.
- Cruise port: 30 minutes from the time indicated when making the booking.
- Train stations: 15 minutes from the train's actual arrival time.
- Hotels and flats: 15 minutes from the time indicated on the booking.
If, for any reason, you need more time, you should call the contact number that appears on the booking. In this case, supplements may apply.
- Airports: the driver will wait in the arrivals area, just beyond the baggage reclaim hall.
- Ports: the driver will wait at the port's arrivals terminal.
- Train stations: the driver will wait outside the train arrival platform.
- Hotels and flats: the driver will wait outside the building. If you have the opportunity to park your vehicle, you can wait in reception.
In all cases, the driver will wait with a sign bearing his name.
